Learn more about the steps involved in making our chocolate during this comprehensive workshop that will reveal the secrets of chocolate, from bean to bar. Discover the origins of our cocoa beans, as well as Avanaa Chocolat's philosophy, while tasting our delicious handmade chocolates in a variety of flavors, a gourmet moment guaranteed!
Workshop format : 45 minutes
To enhance the experience, we provide :
- An explanatory tasting card for each participant, to deepen your knowledge of chocolate.
- When is the event? Saturday, December 27, from 10:00 am to 10:45 am
- Where: Boutique Avanaa Chocolat, 309 rue Gounod, Montreal
