Homemade frozen fudge
With the heat, why not cool off with a good childhood memory? You may even have leftover chocolate that was too hot, so why not use it as a frozen snack... It couldn't be simpler since there are only two ingredients!
Homemade frozen fudge
The frozen fudge pop that takes you back to childhood.
- 1 ¼ cup melted dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 2 ¾ cups milk of your choice (for a vegetarian, vegan and vegan option, I suggest almond milk)
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Heat the milk slightly in the microwave or on the stove.
- In a food processor, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy texture. It's faster and it gives less heat!
- Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze.
- Turn out and enjoy good frozen fudges (be careful, it's addictive).
