Homemade frozen fudge

With the heat, why not cool off with a good childhood memory? You may even have leftover chocolate that was too hot, so why not use it as a frozen snack... It couldn't be simpler since there are only two ingredients!

Homemade frozen fudge

The frozen fudge pop that takes you back to childhood.

  • 1 ¼ cup melted dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 2 ¾ cups milk of your choice (for a vegetarian, vegan and vegan option, I suggest almond milk)
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  2. Heat the milk slightly in the microwave or on the stove.
  3. In a food processor, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy texture. It's faster and it gives less heat!
  4. Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze.
  5. Turn out and enjoy good frozen fudges (be careful, it's addictive).
