Cinnamon Orange Cacao Iced Tea

  • 6 tablespoons pure cocoa nibs
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 orange, sliced
Manufacturing step :
  1. In a teapot, put the cocoa shells and the cinnamon stick in a teapot. Boil water and pour into the teapot.
  2. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
  3. Add honey to taste.
  4. Transfer to a pitcher, straining the hulls with a sieve and place in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve with lots of ice and a few slices of orange.
Variants : *Honey: Can be replaced with maple syrup or a sugar of your choice. Adapts for your tastes or if you are vegan for example. * Sugar-free option: Can be prepared without sugar or honey. It is delicious !
