Ingredients :
- 6 tablespoons pure cocoa nibs
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 orange, sliced
Manufacturing step :
- In a teapot, put the cocoa shells and the cinnamon stick in a teapot. Boil water and pour into the teapot.
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Add honey to taste.
- Transfer to a pitcher, straining the hulls with a sieve and place in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with lots of ice and a few slices of orange.
